| RECHARGE YOUR BATTERIES WITH ACUPUNCTURE |
 |
Blockages of energy flows in the body have long been recognized by practitioners of
Oriental Medicine as the cause of reduced health and disease. This "life force energy"
that flows through the body, known as Ki (pronounced key) is responsible for illness when
it is not flowing properly.
Fatigue is one such blockage problem that can be successfully treated with Acupuncture.
Whether a person subscribes to a Western definition of Acupuncture helping due to a release
of endorphins in the brain, or the Eastern thinking that
|
has Ki now flowing freely through the body's meridians -- what's most important is that Acupuncture
helps the condition.
Mainly, I think we are stretched too thin, over taxing our energy resources, or draining our batteries.

| KEEP ON YOUR TOES WITH CHIROPRACTIC |
 |
A trained athlete must bring many traits and skills to the game including excellent
conditioning, coordination, speed, and quickness.
One item that may be overlooked in one's training that could be vital to success is reaction
time. A person's ability to react quickly in the heat of a contest could have everything to
do with whether or not he or his team wins.
|
Now comes very good news that Chiropractic adjustments can have a positive effect on this much needed
ability. Not only does the potential for improved reactions apply to the playing field, but it could
be a valuable skill to have in other areas of life as well.
The implications are far reaching. Imagine the benefit to the athlete who depends on reaction times
in order to perform at a competitive level. Imagine also the benefits of being able to react more
quickly to traffic situations or any other crisis life might dish out.
